REFUNDS. Editorial Policy: NO EDITORIAL ALLOWED: no quantitative remarks. eg. We're Number One! We're the Best! etc. No comparitive material which elevates you above others & lowers others compared to you. Logos, slogans, awards & photos may be OK. Of Course every Advertiser is obligated not to break any laws and any ad material can be refused or rejected at the discretion of the Franchisee. ALSO - We do NOT run Ballets or other 'CUTOUTS'. The people who advertise on the other side of the page will refuse to pay because their ad is being cut out from the other side. We DO NOT TRANSLATE but if you submit ads written in Spanish or in French we will type what we get as best we can. Payment Policy:Payment must be included with the artwork to be included in the upcoming issue unless credit arrangements have been made in advance with the Publisher Distribution
Policy: 1. We do not
supply detailed printed lists of locations that we deliver
(the competition can look for themselves) But we will
discuss them in person with you And if you have a prime
location that you want delivered, please advise us and we
will consider adding that location Ad Design Policy:
1. We have based the
success of the magazine business on a set of "Standard" ad
designs. No major deviation from these designs are done with
no extra charge. eg. A 1/2 page ad has 12 listings or less,
from a combiation of our 3 standard photo sizes. Private or Public Advertising Policy: We ONLY advertise homes and businesses for sale that are Listed with Real Estate Agents - This is the Magazine Concept that has been important since 1986. Real Estate Related Business IS ALLOWED to advertise. eg. Banks, insurance, movers etc. Resale of Advertising Space Policy: Advertisers are allowed to resell part of their page to their own advertisers. eg. A full page advertiser may choose to run 16 listings and sell the last 4 or 8 listing spaces to a lawyer for $300 - go for it! But the agents must collect from that advertiser themselves, the Deluxe Magazine will still invoice for THE WHOLE PAGE Preferred Ad
Position Policy: 1.
There are pages in every magazine that are considered
"Preferred" positions like the front and back covers, inside
front cover pages, inside back cover pages, the centerspread
and often right hand pages. These pages cost Extra &
must be Reserved in Advance by Contract. Otherwise we do our
best but make no warranty as to where your ad will appear in
the magazine. |
