Problem: How do I find a Listing by MLS Number?
Answer: You can search the MLS System by clicking on the "MLS .CA" or the "MLS U.S.A." button on this website as a short cut to get to their independently owned and operated site:
(mls.ca is owned and operated by The Canadian Real Estate Association)
1. Canada has an MLS Number Search function at the bottom of the first page.
2. USA does not... you must click on "More search options" link which takes you to a second page. That page has the MLS Number Search at the bottom, but you will need to include the City and State to do the search.

Problem: How do I find a Listing by Address?
Answer: As far as we know at this time you can't... Try searching for your home by Listing Price! Otherwise - You have to get a Real Estate Agent to access the "Member" section for that information for you.

Problem: Some of your pages and special effects don't work for me?
Answer: Deluxe magazine Browser effects are made to work in Internet Explorer.
